The annual European Women in Games Conference 2014 took place on the 10th September in London. Elaine spoke to an audience of fellow game developers and students about setting up her own business and the development of Simteractive’s first game. She also took part in a panel discussion on running your own business. The conference, which was sold out, offered advice on how to build a successful career in the games industry along with discussions about diversity in games, funding opportunities and getting school children interested in the games industry.
